I don’t see a payment option on the order form. How can I make my payment?

Customers are not required to pay upfront when submitting their documents for editing. After you send your document, I will review it to verify the word count. You will receive an electronic invoice within 24 hours, which you will be able to pay using either a credit card or PayPal.

Will my edited document include tracked changes?

Yes. After your document has been proofread, you will receive two Word documents. One document will have Word’s Track Changes feature enabled so that you can review all the changes made throughout the proofreading process. The other file will contain a clean document, allowing you to see what the finished product looks like.

 

Do you work with Google Docs?

Yes. While Microsoft Word files are preferred, I am happy to work with Google Docs instead. However, please note that the changes made to your document will not be tracked, as Google Docs does not have a Track Changes feature.

Can you edit my PDF file?

Unfortunately, I cannot accept PDF files because they cannot be edited directly. You can use a PDF file converter to change your file into another format before sending it for editing.

 

What if I need my document returned before the earliest date available in your schedule?

You may provide your required completion date in the special instructions field of the order form when you submit your document. I will look over your document and let you know if it is possible to meet your deadline.
